The Tokyo Umami Ramen and Sapporo Miso ramen were so good! The char siu was very tender!
One of the best vegan ramen I’ve had. Rich, flavorful miso broth with a nice balance of vegetables and soft tofu. I added an ajitama egg, otherwise it’s vegan.
I like that they change the menu every week. Gyoza is by far the best item since they specialize in making them.
